I started my career in the Army over 20 years ago and I quickly climbed the promotion ladder and this resulted in me being appointed the personal chef at Bulford Manor, firstly to The Commander Land Forces and then The Chief of General Staff. During my time at Bulford Manor I was given the opportunity to cater for numerous Heads of States, World Military and Political Leaders. Always striving to hone my culinary skills I often gave up my spare time and leave periods to work in some outstanding restaurants including Heston Blumenthal’s, 3 Michelin Starred, The Fat Duck and his 1 Michelin Starred The Hinds Head more recently I had a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the brilliant chefs of Potel& Chabot who are a renowned team of classical French chefs.
In 2015 I had the honour to be accepted into the Craft Guild of Chefs and The Worshipful Company of Cooks under the title of Master Craftsman. I always endeavour to impress my customers with an amazing talent to blend food and flavour combinations. I look forward to showing you my skills at your dinner party and I will leave you and your guests in absolute amazement at what can be achieved with good quality, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
